This Gingerbread silicone chocolate mould by Silikomart allows you to easily create cute little Gingerbread themed and candy cane chocolates. They are also perfect for fondants, ice cubes, butter, fudge and more. They are made out of 100% food grade silicone and are non stick, flexible, detailed, dishwasher, freezer, microwave and oven safe. There are 12 cavities per mould. Mould tray measures approximately 21.5 x 10.5 x 1.5cm. Made in Italy. Images provided by Silikomart.

Instructions

Ingredients: 200g of fondant, white or milk chocolate.

Before using the Gingerbread Silicone Chocolate Mould , wash in hot water or dishwater.

1. Melt chocolate.
2. Fill a part of the mould with chocolate. Let chocolate stick to cavity to avoid air bubbles.
3. Fill remaining part of the mould.
4. Put mould in refrigerator for 20 minutes.
5. Remove chocolate from the mould by applying light pressure to each cavity.
6. Store chocolate in air tight container and in a dry, fresh place.
