Simply add ice water and it whips up velvety smooth for icing or decorating. It is light and delicated in flavour. Kosher dairy certified. Comes in a 283g box & makes 5 cups of icing enough to ice and decorate one 2-layer 9 in. round cake or 7 x 11 in. sheet cake.
