This Platinum Red Velvet Mud Mix by Cake art is a rich chocolate mix with raspberry flavoured with a deep red colour. Perfect for cup cakes through to wedding cakes.
Instructions
For a 6 inch cake you will need:
500g Red Velvet Mud Mix
2 Eggs
150ml Water
100ml Canola Oil
100g White Chocolate
Melt chocolate with the oil until smooth.
On a slow speed mix the wet ingredients to the dry mix for 2 mins.
Pour into a greased and lined 6" cake tin.
Cook in a low oven 150 degrees for appoximately 2 hours. (non fan force oven)
Ingredients:
Sugar, Wheat Flour, Cocoa, Vegetable Oil, Thickener (!442), Nature Identical Flavours, Leavening Agent (500), Salt, Acidity Regulators (341, 541, 515), Emulsifier (481), Preservative (200), Anti-caking agent (554), Colour (122).
