This Platinum Caramel Mud Cake Mix by Cake Art is a rich caramel mud cake mix of professional quality. Perfect for decorating.
Instructions
For a 6 inch cake you will need:
500g Platinum Caramel Mud Cake Mix
2 Eggs
150ml Water
100ml Canola Oil
100g White Chocolate
1. Preheat over to 150 degrees
2. Heat oil, chocolate and additional flavours to smooth liquid
3. Blend caramel mud cake mix with water and eggs, mix on low for 1 min
4. Add chocolate and oil mix and beat on medium for 4 mins
5. Cook for 2 hours approx. Cooked when a skewer comes out clean.
Hints:Do not overcook. White chocolate quantity can vary for preferred density and richness. Cooking times for larger tins, 10" is approximately 4 hours. Cooking times vary with ovens. ALways grease and paper line tins. Allow to cool in tins to achieve a perfect shape.
