Cake Art Non Stick Sugar Powder 500g

This non stick sugar powder by Cake Art is a multi purpose sugar blend developed specially for cake decorating. It features a silky feel with a non stick quality. It is designed to work with the Cake Art coloured icings when kneading, rolling out and buffing as any excess can be easily brushed off or buffed into the surface maintaining the brilliant colours. For use as a dust on your bench, rolling pin and anywhere that requires a non stick result. Ideal for use with sugar pastes, perfect for fine cut outs and flower petals. This sugar blend helps to release sugar paste from silicone moulds. Recommended to use in humid conditions to assist in creating a matt finish to cake icings. Airbrushing after dusting with decorating sugar gives an even colour. Can be mixed with Cake Art dusting powders as an extender to create a more gentle and even coverage.

Instructions
Using a fine sieve, dust your bench or surface before kneading. Rub into your hands for buffing and sculpting. Dust over paste before cutting or pressing into moulds.
