Merckens Peach Candy Wafers is a delicious, smooth, creamy vanilla flavoured confectionary candy melt. They are similar to Wilton Candy Melts. Made out of cocoa powder and vegetable oil, these Merckens Peach Candy Melts are easy to melt without the need to temper or add other ingredients. If a thinner coating is desired, paramount crystals may be added. Comes in a 453.6g bag. Kosher certified.
NOTE: May melt in transit. If this happens, they may appear broken/crumbled but can usually be remelted with no trouble.
Ingredients
Sugar, partially hydrogenated palm kernel oil, whole milk solids, reduced mineral whey powder, nonfat dry milk solids, soya lecithin as an emulsifier, salt, artificial flavor and yellow lake 5. This product is prepared using machines that may come into contact with Wheat/Gluten, Eggs, Dairy or Dairy Products, Peanuts, Soy and Tree Nuts.
Instructions
Place Merckens Peach Candy Wafers in microwave at 15-20 second intervals and stir after each interval. The less wafers you use, the less time it will take to melt.
