A clear, colourless liquid with a slightly sweet taste, Baking Glycerin is mainly used to soften icing and fondant making it easier to work with, apply and best of all EAT!! Baking Glycerin can also help prevent crystallization of sugar in candy making. This useful product can also be used to thin out icing colour pastes which to allow for easier cake decorating but does not change the taste of your baked projects.
