Ordering
1.1 Placing an order
- Browse our wide range of products by clicking on the 'Categories' tab on the top of the page.
- When you find something you wish to purchase, click the 'Add To Cart' button.
- To review the items that you have added to your shopping cart, click the 'Shopping Cart' icon on the top.
- Once you are satisfied, click the 'Check Out' tab on the top.
- If you are a returning customer, enter your email/password and your shipping details will automatically be populated
- If you are a new customer, enter your email and a password and an account will be created
- Once completed, you will be shown your order summary and a copy of your order details will be emailed to you
- Your order will be processed as soon as payment clears
1.2 Payment Options
Credit card payment (Visa / Mastercard)Credit card transactions are transmitted securely using 128bit Secured Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption. We do not store or handle any credit card details.

1.3 Out of Stock Products
We do our best to maintain our inventory and mark items "out-of-stock" on our website. However there are times where there may be fewer items in stock than what you may have ordered. In the event when an item you have purchased and paid for is unavailable, in a case by case basis, we will:
- offer a credit voucher to be used when you shop with us the next time to reimburse what is owing
- offer a refund for what is owing
- or you can choose an alternative product(s) from our website of the same value.
We will email you to notify the status of your order. We understand that this may be of an inconvenience to you and we do apologize beforehand should this situation arise. If you have any queries regarding our stock, please email us at shop@bakingpleasures.com.au.

To retrieve your password:1. Click 'My Account' and enter your email address

It is important to provide us with your current shipping details. To do so :1. Click 'My Account' and enter your email address and password to login

4. Click the 'Update Details' button to submit your changes.

Shipping
3.1 Shipping methods
We do our best to post orders placed before 1PM Brisbane time (Mon-Fri) on the same day (excludes weekend and public holidays). Please note that same day dispatch is the day we post your order and not the day your order will be delivered. Orders will only be processed once payment clears.
If you require extra cover/insurance, please email us at shop@bakingpleasures.com.au as all shipping options below are not insured. We are only able to reinburse orders that are insured.
All orders are posted from Brisbane via Australia Post & Fastway and delivery times will depend on the shipping method and where you reside.
Standard Flat Rate
As a guideline, the approximate postal delivery time is between 3-7 business days (longer if outside of the metropolitan area, NT & WA).
Express
Postal delivery time is approximately 1-2 business days (longer if outside of the metropolitan area, NT & WA).

3.2 Shipping Rates & Charges
We offer a flat rate standard shipping of $8.95 for parcels up to 8kg. Shipping via Express is dependant on the weight of the order and will be calculated on checkout. There are some items and locations which we are not able to ship via Express Post. As a general guideline, here are our shipping rates:| Standard Flat Rate (up to 8kg): | $8.95 |

3.3 When to expect your order
Below are approximate postal delivery times as advised by Australia Post

3.4 Incorrect address & unclaimed parcels
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or because it was not collected from the post office, a return fee of $10.00 will be charged (This fee is imposed by Australia Post and not Baking Pleasures). It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct & that the parcel is collected.Returns
4.1 Return Policy
You will need to notify us via email (shop@bakingpleasures.com.au) within 10 days of receiving your order if you wish to organize a return. Returns will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Once a return is approved, items will need to be posted within 7 days. Items must be received in an unopened, unused condition suitable for resale. We will process a credit or refund back to your credit card once the items are received in good condition.For hygiene reasons the following products are non exchangeable nor returnable. These include but are not limited to food products, cutters, moulds, edible prints, tubes, decorating tools, cake tins. Items that are returned must be in its original state and in the condition they were sent in. Postage costs will not be refunded and return postage costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
