This green candy colour food colouring by Chefmaster is an oil based liquid food colour suitable for colouring chocolates, candy, compound coatings or any fat-based product.
Chefmaster Candy Colors have a non-water, liquid base that mixes easily with any fat-based ingredients. Colours are rich, vivid and professional quality. They can also be used in other applications (frostings, baking etc.). Comes in a 20ml (0.7oz) bottle. Made in USA.
Adding candy colouring can sometimes thicken the candy. To thin candy coating, add a bit of Paramount Crystals. When colouring chocolate, it is advisable to start with the darkest chocolate or candy melt, to achieve dark colours. This will allow you to use less colouring and keep the rich delicious taste of your chocolate or coating.
