This Chefmaster Candy-Flo Candy Color Maker turns any Chefmaster Liqua-Gel water based colour into fat soluble colour suitable for colouring white chocolate, cocoa butter or compound coatings. Comes in a 2oz bottle.

Usage ratio: 5 parts Candy-Flo to 1 part Liqua-Gel.

Usage Instructions:

Melt 1 lb. compound coating.
Mix 1-1/2 tablespoons candy-flo with 1 teaspoon Liqua-Gel in a seperate bowl.
Pour the mix into the melted compound coating and gently stir until the color is evenly dispersed.
Add mor ecandy-flo as needed to keep workable consistency mixture.
