The Raspberry Mirror glaze has a light raspberry flavour that will not spoil or over-power the flavour in the cake. Achieve different colour profiles through adding colouring or other glazes to create your own unique colours.

Great for use over donuts, pastries and cupcakes to add colour and flavour. Pour the glaze into a bowl and dip donuts straight into the glaze. Fantastic also to use over cheesecakes, mousse cakes and birthday cakes.

Ideal to use for drip cake finishes either straight from the bottle or through a piping bag. The glaze will run down the cake and then settle with a nice soft finish. And, if you need to touch up a drip, the glaze can also be re-added to extend or thicken an existing drip.
