Refund policy

You will need to notify us via email (shop@bakingpleasures.com.au) within 5 days of receiving your order if you wish to organize a return. Returns will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Once a return is approved, items will need to be posted within 7 days. Items must be received in an unopened, unused condition suitable for resale. We will process a credit or refund back to your credit card once the items are received in good condition. Shipping & return postage cost will not be refunded.

For hygiene reasons the following products are non exchangeable nor returnable. These include but are not limited to food products, cutters, moulds, edible prints, tubes, decorating tools, cake tins. Items that are returned must be in its original state and in the condition they were sent in.
