What is gum paste?
Gum Paste or flower moulding paste is a pliable dough which is often used for making sugar flowers, figurines and decorations. It can be moulded like play dough and dries hard. You can turn fondant into gum paste by adding a bit of CMC tylose to make it dry hard.
