Saracino is known for their high quality modelling paste which won the 2017 Cake Masters product of the year. Contains cocoa butter which helps with the initial stiffening when modelling. Does not dry out immediately giving you time to easy correct any imprefections. Extremely elastic and strong. Great for creating sugar flowers, figurines, toppers and more. Edible with a delicious taste and aroma. Gluten free and does not contain hydrogenated fats. Suitable for vegetarians.
