Rolkem petal dust Australia - 20 shades of finely milled, matte powdered food colouring. Use dry with a soft brush for pastel sugar flowers, or mix with alcohol (Rolkem Quick Dry Essence or rose spirit) to paint fondant, gum paste, cookies and chocolate.

How to Use Powdered Food Colouring
