This Renshaw Extra White Icing Fondant 250g by Renshaw Australia is specially formulated for Australian conditions. It is extra elastic and has a firmer texture compared to the standard Renshaw Professional range. It is suitable for hotter and more humid climates. This formulation allows you to roll thinner while avoiding 'elephant skin' and cracking

Knead until pliable and mould or roll out on a surface lightly dusted with icing sugar to the desired thickness. Use product at room temperature.
Made in a factory that handles nuts.
Store in a cool, dry place away from light. Once opened, wrap any remaining icing in foil or polythene to prevent drying. Do not refrigerate.
