This premium peach oil based colouring by Colour Mill is great for colouring buttercream, swiss meringue, chocolate, cake batter, ganache, fondant & many more. Unlike conventional gel colours, Colour Mill oil based colouring offers a unique blend that works well with fats & oils in your baking allowing you to achieve a rich & vibrant result. Comes in a bulk 100ml bottle (approx 140g). Also available in smaller 20ml bottles
To achieve a true colour, we recommend adding white before your colouring to reduce any yellow tones in buttercream, chocolate etc. Shake well before use and take it easy as colours will develop over time. Store in a cool dry place away from sunlight.
