- More tolerant sponge goods to reduce breakage and wastage especially if handled frequently during finishing or transporting longer distances.
- Versatile product which can be used to produce not only sponges and rolls but also cup cakes, reduced-fat cakes and lamingtons.
- Mellow eating qualities without a tough texture despite the finished product¡¯s robust nature.
Mix will use an extra 30% water compared to other industry sponge mixes which has a significant effect on finished product cost.

Wheat flour, Sugar, Whipping agent (emulsifiers (472b, 477), glucose, milk solids), Raising agents (450, 500), Milk solids, Vegetable oil (antioxidant (307)), Salt, Vegetable gum (415), Natural flavour.
