Baking Pleasures Classic Chocolate Brownie Mudcake Mix 1kg is a professional grade cocoa-rich mix for moist, dense mudcakes, brownies and slices. Store below 25°C in a dry, dark place.
Basic recipe
Per 1kg mix: 450g water, 150g oil, optional 150g melted chocolate. Mix on slow 1 minute, scrape, mix 2 minutes more. Bake at 160°C in a paper-lined tin.
