Baking Pleasures Classic White Blondie Mudcake Mix 1kg is a professional grade mix for a moist, dense crumb with a smooth sweetness. It is also a useful base for caramel or marble-style mudcakes. Store below 25°C in a dry, dark place.
Basic recipe
Per 1kg mix: 480g water, 210g egg, 180g oil. Whisk on slow 1 minute, scrape, mix 3 minutes more. Bake at 175°C in a paper-lined tin.
