These blossom sugar paste plunger cutters are suitable to use on fondant/plastic icing, gum paste and flower moulding paste. Each cutter produces a 5 petal blossom. There are 4 blossom plunger cutters in this set ranging from 8mm, 10mm, 13mm and 24mm across widest points. Cut out flower blossoms without pressing the plunger then using the plunger, eject the Flower Blossom on to a soft foam sponge to dry or use immediately on the cake.
