This Chefmaster Liqua-Gel White (Liquid Whitener) is a water based liquid gel food colouring. It is commonly used to correct natural variations in colour, protect flavours and vitamins that might be affected by sunlight, and to provide a colorful identity to foods that might otherwise be colorless.
