American buttercream can take either. For Swiss meringue and chocolate, choose Colour Mill oil blend. Aqua Blend is for dry and water-based work.
How do I get a deeper blush?
Add drops slowly and rest the mix overnight if you can. Pigments deepen as they hydrate.
