Colour Mill Blush is an oil-based food colouring made to blend into fats and oils. Use it in buttercream, Swiss meringue, chocolate, cake batter, ganache and fondant. Shake well. Colours deepen as they develop. Add a little white first if you want to mute yellow tones. 20ml (about 30g), blended and bottled in Australia, allergen-free. Also sold in 100ml.
