Easily create detailed curlicues shapes using this Curlicues Sugarcraft Silicone Mould by FPC Sugarcraft. This mould contains 2 cavities both measuring approximately 2 inches by 1 inch by 1/8 inch deep. Can be used with edible media such as sugarpaste, fondant, flower paste, chocolate, marzipan or with non edible media such as wax, polyester, wax etc. Made our of soft, flexible, food safe silicone rubber.
Instructions
Lightly dust some cornflour to prevent paste from sticking to the mould. It is recommended to us mexican paste (50% rolled fondant & 50% modelling paste). Fill mould and press it into the cavity. To remove the form impression, gently flex the mould and it should pop out cleanly. Impression can then be painted or dusted.
Note: Not to be baked in.
