Instructions:
- Place compound chocolate into microwavable bowl
- Heat chocolate on no more than 50% power at 30 second intervals, stirring between each interval until compound is completely melted and free from lumps. Do not exceed 48 degrees C
- Alternatively procedure can be carried out by stirring constantly over simmering pot of water
