These genuine edible silver leaf transfer are an ideal way to add a touch of luxury to your desserts. They are commonly used with edible gold leaf and is especially beautiful on dark surface. Each edible silver leaf transfer is mounted by pressure to individual tissue pages. It can be easily cut with a scissors and used like a transfer picture with the silver side upside down. The surface being applied to should be lightly sticky. The silver leaf will stay on the tissue until it is pressed onto the prepared surface and the tissue backing is removed. Great for flat surfaces.
Packed in a booklet of 25 silver leaf, each silver leaf measures to the standard European size of 80 x 80mm (3.2" square). Each silver leaf has a thinness of approximately 0.00025mm which makes it easy to disperse in the mouth and with no lingering after taste.
