Edible wafer paper or also known as rice paper can be used in so many ways for decorating your cakes, cookies and cupcakes. You can draw on it, cut it, colour it, print on it and place them onto your cakes, cookies and cupcakes. They can also be used as an edible lining for baking trys to prevent biscuits and meringue from sticking. It is tasteless and will not alter or impair the taste of your food. Rice paper is also commonly used to create feather cakes. Wafer paper sheets may be overlapped if a large area needs to be covered. Each rice paper measures approximately 178 x 142mm.
