This yellow icing fondant by Excel works exceptionally well in Australian conditions. It rolls thin, set firms and tastes great. The 200g small size is great for modelling work. Availabe in a wide range of colours.
Ingredients: sugar, glucose syrup, hydrogenated vegetable fat, water, humectant (E422), modified corn starch (E1422), gelling agent (fish gelatin), stabilizers (E415, E466), preservative (E202), food colours (E102), flavours, sulphites as carry over.
May contain traces of nuts, soy and egg.
