This set includes 2 cutters allowing you teh flexibility to create 6 different sizes of blooms (30mm, 35mm, 40mm, 50mm, 60mm and 70mm), all using the same technique. These cutters can also be use to make delicate frills to add to you cakes for an romantic and elegant design. Cutters can bs used with sugarpaste, modelling or flowerpaste or marzipan but we recommend a 50/50 combination of sugarpaste and modelling paste. Step by step instructions included.
