Yes. Pour tempered chocolate, tap out air bubbles, chill, then flex the silicone to release. Dust cavities lightly if you are using fondant instead.
Are the fruit pieces the same size?
No. Designs range from about 2cm x 3cm down to 3cm x 1.5cm so you can mix larger statement pieces with smaller fillers.
