Large Frangipani Cutter & Veiner Set 35mm

Create beautiful frangipani sugar flowers using this large frangipani cutter and veiner set. This set includes 1 stainless steel frangipani cutter measuring 35mm and 1 double sided cupped frangipani silicone veiner measuring 40mm.

Instructions
1. Dust mould with cornflower.
2. Roll and cut modelling paste (make thicker) with the frangipani cutter.
3. Place cut blossom shape on the upturned section of mould (the section like a mountain) and gently press the icing with modelling tool or finger into the mould, press lightly the other section of the mould onto icing. 4. Allow frangipani to dry. Once dried, dust the center with petal dust.

Tip : If you do not need the frangipani to be double sided just mould the flower over the upturned section then turn out on a small cup shaped form and allow to dry.
