Magi Cake Strips are moistened strips which helps equalized and control heat so that your cakes are bake evenly producing perfectly level moist cakes. The aluminised fabric strip helps insulate heat and retain moisture throughout the baking period helping elimate cracked tops, crusty edges and high rise centers.
This set includes 4 Magi Cake Strips measuring 1½" x 36", 1½" x 43", 1½" x 49", 1½" x 56" to fit 10, 12, 14 inches round cake pans. Strips can be overlaped an does not interfere with baking results.
Made in America using cotton backed aluminium & cotton threads for longer durability. Safe to 230 degrees celcius.
