This large scallop shell silicone mould makes detailed shell decorations for cakes and cupcakes. The cavity is about 4cm high by 4.5cm wide. Food-grade silicone is flexible for fondant, gum paste, chocolate, isomalt and clay. Hand wash only.

Will chocolate release cleanly?
Chill the mould until the chocolate is fully set, then flex the silicone. Dust fondant lightly with cornflour if it sticks.
Is the mould dishwasher safe?
Hand wash only to protect the detail.
