LorAnn Oils Eggnog flavouring is a 1 dram (about 3.7ml) super strength oil with creamy eggnog notes plus nutmeg, cinnamon and vanilla. A few drops flavour cakes, cupcakes, cookies, frostings and fillings. Three to four times stronger than typical extracts. Alcohol free, gluten free, nut free, vegan and Halal suitable. Water-soluble. Not recommended for solid chocolate coatings. Fine in ganache, fudge, fondant and icing. Made in the USA.
