How much 1oz LorAnn should I use?
Use 1 tsp per 1kg hard candy or 250-500g melted chocolate. For buttercream, 1/4-1/2 tsp per 500g. 1oz gives 6 batches of strong flavour. Add gradually.
Is this suitable for chocolate and candy?
Yes. Oil-soluble formula won't seize melted chocolate, perfect for candy melts, chocolate bark and hard candy cooked to 150C+. Water-based flavourings would split or seize.
