This marzipan knife is a great tool for cutting fondant, gumpaste, marzipan and working with cake lace. It features a comfortable handle and a tapered blade that is food safe making it perfectly smooth and safe. The smaller edge at the end of the knife is great for spreading and covering cake lace on detailed mats. Measures 270mm length, 27mm width, 9mm depth.
