Magi Cake Strips are moistened strips which helps equalized and control heat so that your cakes are bake evenly producing perfectly level moist cakes. The aluminised fabric strip helps insulate heat and retain moisture throughout the baking period helping elimate cracked tops, crusty edges and high rise centers.
This set includes a pair of Magi Cake Strips measuring 91.4cm x 3.81 suitable for 8, 9 & 10 inch round cake pans. Strips can be overlaped an does not interfere with baking results.
