This Melindas Lemon Delicious Slice Gluten Free Mix has a moist base, a tangy lemon curd filling and a slightly crisp top, finished with a dusting of icing sugar. Fresh lemon juice and caster sugar are included. You should get 16 square pieces per box of mix.
