Isomalt powder are reduced calorie sweetener with 50% less calories than sugar used for making hard candy. You can colour isomalt, by adding gel colour. Isomalt powder have a high resistance to humidity and will not crystalise. If no colour is added, the candy will harden clear. Comes in a 400g resealable bag.
