This Renshaw Extra White Icing Fondant 3kg by Renshaw Australia is specially formulated for Australian conditions. It is extra elastic and has a firmer texture compared to the standard Renshaw Professional range. It is suitable for hotter and more humid climates. This formulation allows you to roll thinner while avoiding 'elephant skin' and cracking. Comes in a 3kg resealable tub that consists of 3x 1kg Renshaw white fondant packs. This allows you to save from the bulk discount and only use what you need.

Instructions
Knead until pliable and mould or roll out on a surface lightly dusted with icing sugar to the desired thickness. Use product at room temperature.
