This Rolkem Crystal Dust Raspberry is a non toxic approved food additive, food touch approved, high sparkle crystal dusting powder. It is great for adding a sparkly finish to your sugar art creations. Give your fondant or gum paste a sparkly diamond shine similiar to glitter. Comes in a 10ml pot.

A small amount of sugar flower glue can be applied to help the crystal dust stick.
