This Rolkem Gel Concentrate Paint Pitch Black 15ml can be used as both a colourant or as a paint. It uses a unique gelling agent that allows the colour to not fade and remain consistent to the last drop. The colour dry in exactly the same hue and tone in which they are applied. Comes in a 15ml bottle.
