Menina fondant icing is made in Australia and designed specifically for it's climate and humidity. Will stand up to 38 degrees and not sag or wilt. It is made using low molecular size compounds ensuring a silky smooth (no grittiness or cracking corner finish). Menina fondant icing has a delicate yummy taste that will compliment any flavour cake. Does not contain palm oil, gluten and is nut & dairy free. Contains omega 3 and alpha linolinic acid and no cholesterol. Available in 1kg tubs and in a wide range of colours. Unused fondant can be frozen and thawed.
