What is the difference between wafer paper and icing sheets?

It's slightly see-through, so the icing colour beneath can show through. Edible icing sheets are thicker with an opaque white base, delivering bright, vivid, photo-quality colour reproduction. Can I print on wafer paper at home?

How do I store edible wafer paper?
