Aluminium Dariole Mould 67mm

This aluminium Dariole mould by Mondo is great for making sweet and savoury Dariole or Baba delights. Dariole which is a French term meaning small, cylindrical mould which also refers to the dessert that is baked in the mould. Classically, the dessert is made by lining the mold with puff pastry, filling it with an almond cream and baking until golden brown. Today there are also savory darioles, usually made with vegetable custards. This pudding mould measures 67mm in diameter. Made out of aluminium. Hand wash recommended.
