This reusable cake tester by Ateco is great for testing if your cakes, brownies and cupcakes is ready. Simply insert the tester into your cake and if it comes out clean, your cake is ready. The pointed tip is also useful for drawing thin lines in icings, frostings, and fondant. Made out of stainless steel wire with a polypoplene handle. Measures approximately 12cm.
