Edible Diamonds Crystal 5mm 49pcs

These edible crystal diamonds by Michele Claire are a great and easy way to bling your cakes. One of the key features of these edible diamonds compared to isomalt/sugar diamonds are that they do not mist over or melt when exposed to humidity and are soft to eat. These edible diamonds can also be used on frozen dessert items. There are 49x 5mm edible crystal damond in one pack.

Note:Do not use standard edible glue with this product. If using this product on cakes, the icing must have fully dried out first. Once icing is dry we recommend only using confectioners glaze to glue the items to the cake. If setting the products into the cake, make the required shape in the surface of the icing, this must be left to dry again and then lightly coated with confectioners glaze.
