This Emerald Green Powdered Food Colouring is a water based food colouring which can be used for fondant, sugar, dry mixes, coconut, buttercream icing and more. The intensity achieved can be lighter or darker depending on the amount of colour used. Mix in small amount of colour at a time until desired colour is achieved. One of the benefits of using powdered food colouring is it colours without altering the consistency of your mix. It is advisable to mix colouring with powdered sugar to help blend. Each bottle contains 9 grams of Emerald Green Powdered Food Colouring.
