A mild, nutty flavor popular in Mediterranean baked goods. Think Baklava or Spumoni! Pistachio flavor is great added to desserts to impart a nutty flavor. Substitute Pistachio flavor in any recipe that calls for a nut flavoring such as almond, pecan, or walnut.

This Pistachio Flavouring by LorAnn Oil is 3 to 4 times the strength of water or alcohol based flavouring or extracts. When substituting our flavors for extracts, use 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon for 1 teaspoon of extract. Add to your hard candy, general candy making, cakes, cookies, frosting, fudges and a wide variety of other baking and confectionery applications.
